SB Armor17-K on Corn in Indiana
Overview
An Indiana grower ran a trial of SB Armor17-K on corn. There were four applications of SB Armor17-K: one in furrow, one foliar sprayed and two foliar sprayed using a drone. In addition to the grower’s usual program, the control acreage also received two applications of fungicide. At the end of the season, the acres treated with SB Armor17-K yielded 2.48 more bushels per acre than the control acres.

Summary
In addition to the increase of 2.48 bushels per acre, the SB Armor17-K treated corn did not require additional applications of fungicide. Adding inputs, such as two fungicide treatments, can add up in costs throughout the growing season. By saving on inputs and still yielding on-par or higher, SB Armor17-K proved to be a good tool for ROI for this Indiana grower.
